CUSTOM IR GRILLE NOTCHES
Many of the major television manufacturers place an infrared or logo badge on the bottom edge of the television. Our grilles are engineered to wrap around this protrusion creating a truly custom look, without disrupting any of the functionality.
Any speaker may be re-configured as an in-wall, on-wall, soundbar, bookshelf, or tower speaker.
Choose from a core set of custom color grille fabrics with superb audio properties and full infrared (“IR”) pass-through. Additional custom colors are available upon request from our supplier AcousTex.

Pass-Through Mount System
Fusion Soundbars may be mounted flush to the wall using our “Pass-Through” mounting system. A wood plate is mounted to the wall with a circular opening. The back of the soundbar is modified with a recessed cavity and speaker terminal cups. The speaker wire coming from the wall is fished through the circular opening in the wood plate and connected to the recessed terminal cups in the back of the soundbar. The soundbar is then lowered onto the plate and secured in place using four long screws which pass through pre-drilled channels located on the front of the soundbar. The screws anchor the soundbar to the wood plate causing the wires to be completely hidden internally and the soundbar to be flush to the wall.
In-wall Speaker Flush Stud System
What do you do if your speaker opening needs to butt up against a stud? Next Level Acoustics has developed the “Flush Stud” mounting system. Instead of using a dog-ear or a rail mounting system, 45-degree screw channels adorn the sides of the speaker that are flush against the wood stud. Once the speaker is placed into the wall, long screws pass through the routed channels into the stud securing the speaker. The channels may be requested on one side, or all of the sides of the speaker depending upon the mounting application required.
