Requires a minimum of 2 people to mount.
- Mount the display to the wall using an articulating mount that you can push and pull the TV forwards and backwards with. **Better to use a mount that comes straight forwards and backwards versus an offset swing arm.
- Install the provided gasket tape to the back of the sound modules to decouple them from the wall and set them aside.
- Mount the provided vertical and horizontal mounting blocks around the display as per the below directions:
- 4 Vertical Mounting Blocks (short ends of display) – mount the blocks 1.75” from the display to the center of the block and X” inwards from the top and bottom of the display. The X will be provided by our engineering department as it is display specific. Mount using the center hole of the mounting block for now allowing for easy adjustment if needed at this stage.
- 4 Horizontal Mounting Blocks (long ends of display) – mount the blocks 1.75” from the display to the center of the black and Y” away from the left and right sides of the display. The Y will be provided by our engineering department as it is display specific. Mount using the center hole of the mounting block for now allowing for easy adjustment if needed at this stage.
- Perform a dry fit of the modules to ensure that the mounting blocks are in the right locations.
- Once you have determined that the mounting blocks are in the right place, remove the sound modules and secure each mounting block to the wall using the 4 outer holes and then remove the center screw.
- Run your speaker wire to the sound module terminal cups on the back.
- Place the sound module over the wood blocks and snug the module into place (do not over tighten) passing the #12 screws through the pass-through holes on the front of the sound modules into the wall blocks.
- There will still be some play allowing you to square up the modules to the display. Once you have the modules where you want them, tighten the screws to secure the modules to the mounting blocks making the sound module inert. The goal is to achieve about a 1/8” clearance between the sound modules and the display.
- Install the magnetic frame kit around the outside of the sound modules and then install the magnetic grilles to the face of the sound modules.
