While this program is designed to provide standard discounted tiers and demo discounts, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to allow for early tier qualification arrangements and/or pricing/demo pricing adjustments under specific business circumstances/requests.

Any such adjustments will be based on legitimate business considerations, including, but not limited to:

• Purchase and/or business flow commitments
• Promotion or advertising opportunities (e.g., Television, Celebrities)

These exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed or automatically extended to other dealers.

Dealers may inquire about eligibility for these exceptions, and we will consider such requests in good faith and in accordance with applicable laws and competitive fairness.
